Justin works directly with the client to establish project goals and objectives. Maintaining open communication through regularly scheduled meetings, Justin oversees project implementation of each phase of development. He constantly monitors the projects progress and costs, maintaining work conformance with project schedules and budget requirements. He has significant experience directing internal design and production teams while serving as a primary contact for clients and consultants. Through his tenure he has played an integral role in a multitude of commercial interior projects, retail, ground-up construction and major building infrastructure renovations throughout Long Island and the Tri-State area.
