Paul works directly with the client to establish project goals and objectives. Maintaining open communication through regularly scheduled meetings, Paul oversees project implementation of each phase of development. He constantly monitors the projects progress and costs, maintaining work conformance with project schedules and budget requirements. As Director of Spector Technical Investigation Architectural Services Practice, Paul oversees the management and oversight of all facets of project related forensic work performed on behalf of insurance companies, their representative attorneys and independent executive adjusters, relating to the investigation, analysis, documentation and mitigation of first-party property loss, construction defect, builders’ risk, surety, E&O, casualty and general liability claims. With the firm since 1989, Paul is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey, holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Executive Education Program.
