Arthur has over 35 years of experience, with an expertise in project management. Placing significant emphasis on quality control procedures, he managed one of the firm’s most prestigious master planning projects, the Bronx Behavioral Health Center. Arthur is an exceptional communicator with a strong technical acumen which lends insight and expediency to the design and delivery process. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Executive Education.
