AI Integration Specialist

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist to spearhead the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies across all facets of our architectural firm. This innovative role is pivotal in driving efficiency, enhancing creativity, and streamlining operations by embedding AI into creative design processes, business operations, project management, accounting, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of architectural workflows and business dynamics.

 

What is Required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI implementation, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural workflows, design processes, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms, such as machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), generative design software (e.g., Autodesk Generative Design), and project management tools with AI capabilities.
  • Experience with data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • A passion for technology and a forward-thinking mindset to identify and adopt emerging trends.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to the needs of the firm, aligning with its creative, operational, and business goals.
  • Creative Process Enhancement: Utilize generative design tools, parametric modeling, and AI-driven visualization technologies to enhance the design process, optimize space planning, and develop innovative architectural solutions.
  • Operational Automation: Integrate AI-powered tools into business operations, including accounting, HR, and project management, to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage machine learning and data analytics to extract actionable insights from project data, market trends, and client feedback to inform decision-making across all verticals.
  • Project Management Optimization: Implement AI-driven project management systems to streamline scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and real-time monitoring of project progress.
  • Business Development Innovation: Deploy AI tools for lead generation, market research, client relationship management, and tailored proposal development to enhance business development efforts.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure effective use of AI tools and foster a culture of innovation and technological adoption within the firm.
  • Vendor and Tool Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and recommend AI software, platforms, and partnerships that align with the firm’s goals.
