SPECTOR was hired to reimagine a City-owned property at 45 Harrison Street located in New Rochelle. The reimagine consisted of a two-phase, two-building, $390 million project including 545 housing units, 80,000 square feet of retail, 80,000 square feet of office space and nearly 1,120 parking spaces.
