At the heart of the space is a dramatic two-story reception zone, anchored by the building’s original exposed steel column – a respectful nod to Mies van der Rohe’s vision. This double-height volume celebrates the structure’s historic significance while offering a bold yet refined sense of arrival.

Just beyond reception, the Advent Café serves as a central hub for connection and culture. More than just a place for food and beverage, the café is designed as a warm, informal zone that encourages casual interaction, informal meetings, and quiet reflection—with expansive views of Midtown Manhattan framing the experience.

Throughout the workplace, our design emphasizes natural materials, subtle textures, and clear sightlines—creating an environment that supports focus and collaboration while embodying the firm’s quiet confidence. Spaces are deliberately scaled and zoned to support both heads-down work and spontaneous dialogue, all within a highly calibrated visual and material palette.
