Spector was entrusted with designing Advent’s two-floor vertical campus in New York City, located in the iconic Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue. The centerpiece of this sophisticated space is a striking double-height, ellipse-shaped entrance that features a custom wood staircase seamlessly integrated into curved wooden slats forming a bespoke bench. The design includes elegant private offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, collaborative open areas, and a vibrant hub café, all showcasing natural materials and a modern aesthetic. The project is set for completion in late winter 2025.
