SPECTOR designed this affordable housing complex with a focus on community. The courtyard features low-maintenance light gray concrete and dark gray metal planting beds. Wooden benches encourage interaction and save space, made from durable materials for longevity. Inside, apartments are simple and functional with open layouts. Amenities include a courtyard, playroom, and bike room, using affordable materials for durability and low upkeep.
