SPECTOR designed two co-working spaces for Bond Collective in NYC’s financial district. The 60 Broad Street space, among Bond Collective’s largest locations, conveniently connected with a public stairway to ensure easy access between the two. SPECTOR created a comfortable, yet premium atmosphere by incorporating plush furniture and small gathering spaces outside of the offices. High-end materials, including acoustic fabrics, luxury vinyl tiles and a glass wall system, are employed throughout.
