Years later, Charles’s grandson, Marc Spector, took on the responsibility of restoring the house to its original grandeur for the new, young residents.

To enhance functionality for their young and growing family, the Kitchen/Family Room/Mud Room were combined and extended in harmony with the home’s original design. Paneling, ornate base, and crown moldings were meticulously restored, along with the four-story center hall stair. All fenestration was updated, ensuring that all window profiles matched the existing ones.

On the exterior, a swimming pool, cabana, formal gardens, and a circular driveway were added to one of the largest single lots in the community.
