SPECTOR’s design creates a sleek, modern look that plays off available natural light for the space, taking advantage of iconic downtown views from the two-floor vertical campus. Glass fronted offices take advantage of the natural light and open onto dramatic city views. Combined metal and warm woods give a sleek and up to date look, such as the reception area with a wood accent wall and a porcelain tile floor.

SPECTOR also highlighted an ornamental stair that interconnects the two floors, adding to the visual sweep of the space.
