SPECTOR has recently completed another reimagined office space for Marcum LLP in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The workplace ecosystem is located at The Main Las Olas. The space boasts an abundance of natural light and offers stunning views of Las Olas Boulevard.
The design of the workplace incorporates designated offices for partners and managers, but deviates from the traditional box layout by placing these offices at the center of the floor plan in the form of glass cube-like offices. In addition, the office includes bistro/café areas and open meeting places throughout the space, aimed at promoting interaction between departments and providing a communal area for employees to meet, relax, converse, play, and enjoy food and drinks in a playful environment.
