Estimated to be a $140 million renovation project in total, this former old Department of Social Services Building for the County is the entire renovation of the 255,000 SF building. The building’s interior houses multiple courtrooms and hearing rooms, waiting lounges, administrative departments and support functions, judicial chambers and support spaces, prisoner intake and holding, training center, cafeteria and two interior courtyards.
