We set out to create an environment that seamlessly integrates with its dynamic surroundings, drawing inspiration from the iconic Landmark Lever House to forge a profound connection with Park Avenue and its adjacent streets. Our design narrative unfolds as a journey through the office, mimicking the experience of strolling along the vibrant avenues and bustling streets of the city. At its core, our design pays homage to Park Avenue itself, serving as the primary focal point of Northern Trust’s innovative new headquarters.
