Private Loft

Spector created an elegant authentic Manhattan style loft consisting of an 8” x 8” Erwin Hauer modular screen wall composed of cast gypsum cement panels painted white, faux concrete Arkteknika feature wall with custom wood with white & gray 3 form panels, European oak wood wall and ceiling with recessed lighting, EcoSmart fireplace enclosed within custom millwork and Onyx stone panels.
