Station Yards

Spanning over 53 acres near the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad Station, it includes 1,450 homes, 555,000 square feet of retail/office/medical space, and 60,000 square feet of hospitality. Station Yards will attract visitors from all over Long Island. Phase I’s residential units, called Alston, are already complete, with Phase II set for completion in 2024. SPECTOR is the architect and designer for the project’s mixed-use flagship, a 200,000-square-foot, 175-unit mixed-use building, as well as Tritec’s new headquarters. SPECTOR is also the master planner for the final phases of the project.
