The renovation includes upgrades to the exterior façade including new windows, roof, HVAC, and mechanical equipment, updated parking, and most importantly, the total interior renovation of the building.

The space includes new offices for procurement, medical, call centers, accounting, conference centers, new café, warehouse, and the hospitals cabinet shop.
